Archer Street has launched it's very own Cocktail Competition!
The competition will see all of our bartenders create a unique cocktail using Monkey 47 as a base, which is available as a special cocktail during one week. After four weeks, the first four bartenders will come head to head in a Heat, where they will present their creation to industry experts, fellow mixologists and brand ambassadors.
Each judge will have on vote to put their favourite creation through to the final. And then there is you! Our guests also get the chance to vote for their favourite cocktail with the crowd counting for two votes.

Heat 1 - Monday 25th March from 7pm
Heat 2 - Monday 15th April from 7pm
Heat 3 - Monday 13th May from 7pm
The winner of each Heat will be put through to a challenging Final taking place on the Monday 3rd June at 7pm.
The contenders and their creations:
Week 1 - Aina with "47 Red Balloons"
Monkey 47, Chambord, Grapefruit Juice, Lemon Juice, Vanilla and Chocolate Bitters. Topped with Aranciata.
Week 2 - Danilo with "Leave My Monkey Alone"
Monkey 47, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Lime Juice, Apple Juice and Orange Bitters. Dusted with Black Peppercorns.
Week 3 - Curt with "Monkey Man"
Monkey 47, Crème de Mûre, Lemon Juice. Served with a Mûre float.
Week 4 - Matt with "Fixer Upper"
Monkey 47, Green Tea, Limoncello, Lime Juice, Blueberries and Blackberries. Topped with Soda and garnished with Berries.
Week 5 - Andy with "Nothing Else Matters"
Monkey 47, Campari, Passionfruit Juice and Orange Bitters. Served on the rocks.
