We are Without Papers, an intimate Italian cocktail bar that shines when you take it over for the night. Birthdays, team socials, brand takeovers, festive parties. You enjoy your guests while we take care of everything else.

Owners Marco, Tano and Massi are hands-on hosts with years behind great bars and dining rooms. They will help shape your menu, plan the flow of the evening, and be there on the night to look after every detail. Choose a standing cocktail party, a guided wine tasting, or a cocktail-making class and we will curate a relaxed, well-run event.

Planning is simple. Tell us your date, numbers and budget, then we organise the rest so you can enjoy a stress-free night.

Semi-private bookings are always made simple, with a tab or minimum spend, your own host to keep service flowing, and the option to pre-order drinks or antipasti sharing boards.
