Every day, you wake up to politics. IT surrounds you. On your social media, at work, even when you're trying to relax in the evening. It's inescapable. And it all seems so... well... complicated. So and so says this and another one says something completely different. It can be almost impossible to figure out where to even begin. You weren't taught this at school. The media never want to start from top. Is there even a top?
Lucky then, that we've got you. On Sunday 15th October Tatton Spiller from Simple Politics will be coming to Office to give you the basics. He's not going to try to persuade you that one party is better than another, or that we should all be shouting about Brexit. No, he's going to give you the basics of how it all works. Where the arguments come from. When you really need to pay attention. The talk will have a quick look under the hood at how the mechanics all work, and then a romp through the various competing ideologies that frame every argument you'll ever hear.

It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
