Tommaso Is a world renowned male contortionist. Appearing on TV and performing on a professional stage. with a diploma in circus art main skill contortion and he has been teaching for many years the art of flexibility. backbends and splits and also contortion. He’s classes are fun, inspiring and energetic and let’s you find your level and aim for the next level in your journey of flexibility with simple routines and easy access.

Backbends:
Backbends has a huge benefit for anyone who is suffering from a lack of shoulder mobility or is struggling with their handstand. The focus of the backbend is on your spinal health first, before we progress onto backbends and the gymnastic bridge.
Key points:
• Work towards your gymnastic bridge and backbend variations
• Unlock shoulders, spine and hips
Splits:
Split are excellent for lengthening and strengthening stubborn Hamstrings also Hip Flexors. It’s an area many need to target. Like the pancake, the front split that offers a variety opening of the angle hip flexor and will keep students of all levels busy.
Key points:
• Work towards variation into splits
• Release stubborn hamstrings and hip flexors
Bring a mat and bottle of water also if you like yoga blocks and bands. See you there.
