Absolutely horrific experience, mainly to do with the service. We arrived early (at about 6) for some food and drinks before the film. Having ordered food, it arrived only for us to find one of the meals was missing, so one of us ate whilst the other waited another ten minutes for their food to arrive. When it was brought out, we told the person bringing it that it was our missing burger, which was met with a "how do I know that? Show me your ticket!" - given how quiet the venue was at this point, I find it hard to believe they'd be worrying about burger thieves (when there was already food and drinks on the table!). About three quarters of the way through our meal, a waiter approached to ask if he could take our plates. I said we were still eating (some of the sides), which was met with a response of "but your plate looks empty", so I repeated that we were still eating. Unbelievably, he then went to take the plate anyway, at which case I told him not to touch it until I'd finished. We then ordered additional drinks and noticed the beer was flat, which was pointed out to the barman. "No it's not, look at the bubbles", before he proceeded to stir the beer with a straw - take my word for it, the beer was completely dead and undrinkable. He then said "well if you think it's flat, I can't serve you anything" - not the response I'd expect from someone there to serve paying customers, so I asked to speak to the manager. I told him the points mentioned above, meanwhile having the barman leaning over the bar to listen to the conversation. Rather than address any of the issues, the barman offered us two bottles of beer (whilst a gesture of sorts, completely missing the point) and so we politely declined and walked out. To be blunt, it is many years since I've experienced customer service as terrible as that and I certainly won't be going back to the Hard Rock Cafe. Visited Hard Rock Cafe on 2016-04-25
