Seymour's Parlour is a hotel bar like no other; wonderfully bizarre is the best way to describe this joint. Housed in the Zetter Townhouse, a team of experienced mixologist, armed with an arsenal of international spirits, fruits and tantalising spices, have helped this bar to establish a reputation for delivering exquisite cocktails.

The bar is beautifully decorated with a smattering of mismatched antiques and characterful knick knacks. Described as a Georgian drawing room, the walls are covered in history-soaked paintings and the entire area is full of vintage furniture. Indeed, the overall feel of this bar is in tune with the vibes given off by the Georgian townhouse hotel. 

To complete the package, the cocktail menu is the cherry on top of this opulent cake. With an array of intriguing flavour combinations, every cocktail is a treat for the eyes and are often produced in the most intriguing ways.
