This one’s for the Rum enthusiasts. Just a stone’s throw away
from Bond Street station and Oxford Street, this hidden basement
bar in Central London is a Rum haven.
As the gospel of Rum continues to spread across the globe,
Burlock’s Rum list includes not only the best of the Caribbean but
also the wider world of Rum (stocking over 200 different Rums
behind the bar). Inspired by Cuba’s rich Rum history, the 1920’s
Havana-styled walls of Burlock feature vintage prints, a quirky
sipping salon corner with authentic retro hairdryers and a grand
house veranda making it London’s ultimate Rum Room.
Burlock’s brilliant team of expert Rumologists have hand-crafted
some of the most delicious Rum (and non-Rum) cocktails, fusing
together unique ingredients with the finest of spirits to create a
selection of signature cocktails such as the Cane Hopper, Solisco
Disco and Hotel Notional to name a few. Classic rum cocktails are
also highlighted on the drinks menu, notable favourites include the
Daiquiri, Guiness Punch and the Painkiller.
On the menu, a delicious selection of Caribbean inspired plates
and dishes, perfect for sharing amongst the group while sipping
cocktails. The moreish Mac ‘n’ Cheese, sticky Jerk Chicken Wings
and crispy Fried Plantain or Calamari are perfect choices if you’re
feeling a little peckish.
