Chinese New Year

Hutong is one of the finest Chinese eateries in the whole city, so its only fitting that they put on a magisterial event to celebrate the Chinese New Year. This is exactly what's in store at this Shard-based restaurant this year, as they go all out to bring an authentic experience to their guests. Visitors will be greeted by traditional lion dancers by the street entrance before Chinese musicians and origami artists welcome guests inside. The 'Double Happiness' menu will comprise of a range of exquisite options, including the restaurant's renowned Peking duck and boneless dover sole braised in coriander and vinegar sauce. Once the festival of eating is complete, Hutong will present everybody with a Red Envelope containing the bill and a gift of good will - one lucky table will receive the bill entirely paid for! 

The set-menu is priced at £88 per person for the evening.

Hutong are also staging events on the 29th and 30th to commemorate the New Year, with an extra-special Reunion Dinner taking place on the 30th.
