The Drunken Monkey hosts fun and lively drinks tastings led by industry experts who know their stuff! Savour premium spirits, wines each month, and sample cocktails designed for the occasion by our skilled bartenders. A great night out whether you are a spirits enthusiast or know nothing about it but would like to try something adventurous and new!

AUGUST TASTINGS

The first August feature is Chairman's Reserve Rum, an award award-winning brand from St. Lucia Distillery Group (who have earned over 163 medals and commendations) Enjoy a tasting led by leading expert and founder of the Boutique Bar Show, Andrew Scutts.

A private Rumshack bar and Dim Sum menu will be open afterwards from 19:30 until late. Free cocktail samples will be served instantly after, crafted especially for the occasion by our skilled mixologists. Like the products you tasted? Purchase a bottle from the mini gift shop!

ABOUT CHAIRMAN'S RESERVE RUM

Rum is the Spirit of St Lucia. It is the connection of a people to its history - a link between hands in the soil from which sugar is grown, to hands in the air as we express ourselves at carnival.
