Description

A life filled with an unswerving belief in oneself, that life is there only to be lived fully, wholly and completely. Full of the thrills that only those willing to chase dreams should be allowed to experience. Scarlet lived life to the full and still does, by day and most definitely by night. Seek escape, chase adventure and make Scarlet’s home. Your favourite place, your base, your comfort, your care free dare and sideway stare. Your food and drink every day, your retreat, your friends at play. She is your reliable friend in town; turn to her.

Scarlet’s is the life you share with those you like to party with and those you have yet to meet. Eat with her, raise a glass or two, dance till the sun comes up and do it all again. Start early, finish late, burn the candle bright, over and over again! Scarlet’s is a food love, fresh and best shared. An endless long cool drink after the heat of a hard long day, the promise of fun when the week’s end dawns and twilight adventures as the sun sets deep. She is great company, a friend indeed.

I've just started using the Longacre for my Social Group events (Flying Solo London). I know some of the staff and management from previous venues - I am pleased to see them carrying on their high standards, professionalism and enthusiasm at the Longacre - a fun and laid back venue with a really great Happy Hour, fabulous atmosphere and brilliant happy hour right in the heart of the west end. Well done Dean, Ale, Lauren and the team and best of luck with the new venue.

We stopped by here for a late lunch. We didn't know the area yet but this place looked very inviting. We're so glad we stopped and even returned later that evening to enjoy their happy hour and downstairs club!

Great venue, great customer service & the cocktails were amazing! Happy hour between 5-8pm was great as it was 2-4-1 cocktails (porn star Martinis are my fav)!

A sandwich and three sides took over an hour and a half to come and cutlery came 15mins after eating and had to ask for ketchup 4/5 times and wait an hour for for it by which time the chips had gone cold!!! Then after already waiting an hour for our food we were asked to move due to a reservation!!!! They then forgot some of our order and gave the rest to the wrong table!! Complained when I paid and given 25% discount for VERY mediocre overpriced cold food, the POOREST service, and an hour and a half wait when we were in a rush! But didn't realised we'd been overcharged by almost a fiver anyway so the discount meant nothing! Absolutely horrific - then to top it off nobody came to let us pay so went to the bar and was made to wait 10mins to pay, was going to walk out. HORRIFIC - AVOID IF YOU CAN

I went there with a large group of colleagues and the staff was very friendly and gave us free tab as well. Nice atmosphere, good live music and great location in the hearth of Soho.

Everytime I email them to book a table, even at short notice, they're always happy to accommodate to the best of their ability! Definitely worth looking into their loyalty card scheme as well!

For a Friday night out Scarlet's is a friendly and lively party bar. It has good music and, for its location, is surprisingly affordable. If you're there before it gets busy do grab a pizza!

This place ruined our new years experience! After watching the NYE fireworks we found Scarlets and thought we would enter for cocktails. Me and my partner paid entrance via one of the door men for £120 (£60) each which was extortionate however it was new years eve and we thought we would pay similar everywhere (how wrong were we). We spent 10 minutes inside and bought a cocktail and stepped outside for fresh air, however upon attempting to enter the restaurant again we were refused entry and then the same person who sold us the tickets ignored us. At this point I realised the whole place is scam. This place is an embarrassment to London and the behaviour of being scammed is something I would expect only in a third world country. Sadly there is not much someone can do in a situation like this. We took our business elsewhere after. I would simply advise anyone against even touching this venue with a barge pole or considering going near them... Please stay away from Scarlets!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your experience on NYE. I am really sorry that you had issues on the night, and I am currently trying to investigate what happened. Could you please email me with your details so that I can discuss this further with you? My email address is amy.peat@novusleisure.com Many thanks, Amy – Sales Manager at Scarlet’s

Really nice, classic cocktails and not too expensive either but it definitely caters to a central london crowd and got a bit mad on a Wednesday night (our table got kicked around a bit), that said their bar food pizza is really cheap and tasty!
