Water Rats

Description

The Water Rats Theatre Bar is a praised and popular indie and alternative live music space in King's Cross, London. Additionally, Water Rats is also just a normal pub by day before the gigs begin, where one can go for lunch, a snack or just some afternoon drinks. However it is the gigs that attract youngsters and adults to Water Rats. Water Rats has a historically significant place in the City's rock music history, Bob Dylan had his first live performance at the Water Rats whilst Oasis had its debut London performance at this very theatre bar. Nowadays, you can expect some smaller indie bands rockin' the stage and some more known acts such as Kate Nash, Just Jack, and the Black Kids. Some nights there are up to four different indie bands to which the entry is only £6. Whilst enjoying some rockin' tunes, you may also enjoy a few pints or more. Marvellous small music space!
