Celebrate English Sparkling Wine Week with an elegant summer evening at Rotunda, in partnership with Roebuck Estates, one of England’s most exciting sparkling wine producers.
This exclusive wine pairing dinner on Wednesday 24 June 2026 showcases a seasonal, ingredient-led menu designed to complement Roebuck’s award-winning wines. The evening begins with Maldon oysters on arrival, perfectly paired with Roebuck’s Classic Cuvée, setting the tone for a refined and flavour-driven experience.
Guests will then enjoy a four-course menu highlighting the best of early summer produce. Dishes include asparagus with LS&C crudo and poached duck egg, followed by herb-crusted halibut with wild fennel, heritage tomatoes and broad beans. Each course is thoughtfully matched with Roebuck’s sparkling wines, including Rosé de Noirs and a special side-by-side tasting of Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blancs, created to celebrate English Sparkling Wine Week.
To finish, a vibrant dessert of strawberry, Douglas fir, pistachio and basil is paired with a refreshing strawberry and gooseberry serve—bringing the evening to a bright, seasonal close.
