Hokus Pokus Alchemy Lab is anything but ordinary, the magic is real. 

Located on the lower ground floor of The Megaro Hotel,  the venue is a futuristic version of a Victorian apothecary. The space looks like a film set with a strong steampunk science fiction vibe. The bar counter is made from a massive, deconstructed apothecary shop that wraps along the walls and segues into large cabinets of curiosity, filled with chemistry tools, vintage utensils, zany artwork pieces, quirky props, and odd creatures. 

The team is led by head mixologist, Greg Chudzio alongside his team of alchemists. The cocktail menu is original and unique to its kind, offering over 30 potions from the in-house lab. All ingredients are prepared and cooked meticulously; from pure fruit extracts and coffee liqueurs to herbal infusions presented as "potions" and "prescriptions" and divided into different categories such as "smokey", "flamed" and "tempered". Exercising caution is not recommended, but if you are unsure of what to pick, the team will guide you through each ingredient and will create personalised cocktails for you on the spot.

Open Tuesday to Saturday, from 6pm till late, it's a mystic location in which the past meets the future in the present time and all the art of pure mixology comes alive offering a uniquely hand-crafted experience. Hokus Pokus is the perfect destination for an intimate night; a group celebration/gathering, or private hire.
