The Chelsea Prayer Room, located upstairs of one of London's coolest restaurant bars - Goat DINE, in a secret bar with a stylish speakeasy vibe.

The decoration throughout pays homage to George Moorland, the famous artist who drank in the Goat and Boots and painted the original sign for the historic pub in the 1700’s in lieu of his bar bill, so expect to be surrounded by chesterfields chairs, vintage shakers and cocktail books. Technically you have to be a member to enter this secret cocktail haven, but book your spot with DesignMyNight, get the all important code and enter it on the keypad next to the door to gain entry.

The special cocktail list at The Chelsea Prayer Room will be slightly different from the main bar Goat DRINK, with unbranded bottles providing an element of mystery to your drinking experience. Guests can enjoy Goat DINE's food menu and then head upstairs for a more relaxed and chilled drink. With an intimate capacity of only 30 people and the sweet sound of Old School Jazz, The Chelsea Prayer Room is a drinking and cocktail experience like no other.

Had a lovely experience at CPR. There is a real vintage charm and elegance about the place. Strong cocktails and delish nibbles make this speakeasy den a must visit in Chelsea. Only downside is it's a little expensive, but nice for a treat or a special date :)

Brilliant place, lovely atmosphere and amazing cocktails! One of the best speakeasy in London, perfect with friends or for a date to be remembered. Exceptional costumer care, I will definitely come back. Marco visited The Chelsea Prayer Room on 17 Mar 2016

Loved it! Great concept, such a good atmosphere and the cocktails matched also. Service was flawless, standard London prices also which is good for Chelsea. Can't remember the name of the shots but make sure you have them, so tasty! Got to go if you in London grantgordon_ visited The Chelsea Prayer Room on 11 Dec 2015

Pretty disappointing. We were told when we booked that we could only make a reservation for an hour. When we arrived it became clear this was because the space had been reserved for a private party. People were making arrangements and setting up birthday decorations all during our visit and the bar staff told us the kitchen was too busy to make the bar snacks we ordered. After 45 minutes we were sent upstairs to the bar in The Goat to finish our drinks. This space was also fully booked (despite being almost completely empty) and we were told that there was nowhere for us to sit. Ultimately we were seated and able to finish our drinks. Staff were polite and accommodating however it was hardly the fun relaxing experience you would expect. I would be very unlikely to go to The Chelsea Prayer Room again. Excellent service, beautiful mystic place! It feels like a proper speakeasy. Brilliant coctails and attendive stuff!Nice ambience and music that starts off quite low in volume and jazzie at the start of the night so you can talk and gets more club-like later in the night!Absolutely love it! gpoufou visited The Chelsea Prayer Room on 09 Oct 2015

Really nice place, great staff, cocktails were inside a book on goats (so a little light reading!) fun place for a girls night! Location not too far a walk from tube. (Always good!) Cocktails were good and pretty reasonably priced. Would definitely go again!

A bit of a favourite of mine. tucked away and normally im not a "chelsea" bar person but this place wasnt pretentious. Quirky, interesting. Good drinks. The food downstairs looked pretty solid. Maybe next time.

Nice little bar, bit disappointed that it wasnt as secret as made out, as there is a sign directing you to the bar from the restaurant and the door was open so no need for secret code, lvoely cocktails though and got nnice and busy later in the evening, ideal starting place for friends b'day as got a nice little area reserved and the bar gives off a lvoely prohibition vibe! so 4 stars as photos online of dry ice cocktails are jsut bar advertising and dont do dry ice cocktails and not very secretive,.

Loved the room and the idea behind it, and these push it to 4 stars - but I did feel it lacked warmth, and the waiters could have been a tad less self-absorbed. however, still gets 4 stars as it is a lovely idea and our drinks were delicious. Also perfect way to escape the crowds. Would do this again. Great to do with a small group of friends or for a touch of romance.

Thank you for your review. It is very important to us to get the atmosphere right in the venue. I will address the staff and make sure that your next experience and that of other customers is perfect in all aspects! Please ask for Katia on your next visit and I would love to offer you a cocktail on the house and get your opinion again!
