Service was bad and the staff was rude to us. It took them a long time to serve drinks, the area was not reserved even though we booked it a month in advance and the manager was really rude at the end. We have been doing our birthday bashes there the last couple of years but we are definitely not coming back if we do not get a good response. visited The Builders Arms - Geronimo Inns on 18 Nov 2017

Pretty average - smashed avocado was rock solid with burnt toast and fires arrived skinny when we asked for chunky. visited The Builders Arms - Geronimo Inns on 16 Nov 2017

Although the decor was very nice, the food was below average. I don't think we will be coming back visited The Builders Arms - Geronimo Inns on 11 Nov 2017

Nicely cooked food at a good price. Wine a bit pricey though. visited The Builders Arms - Geronimo Inns on 07 Nov 2017

Very good service and always nice ambience. Food generally good but almost raw steak not acceptable - your chef(s) need to understand the difference between rare and raw. This wasn't even blue, just raw. visited The Builders Arms - Geronimo Inns on 07 Nov 2017

Service was slow, no cars machines working but wasn’t told this at the point of ordering. Had to keep on reminding staff what we had ordered. Food cane at different times and was cold. Robert visited The Builders Arms - Geronimo Inns on 05 Nov 2017

Tasteless and thin pumpkin soup. Cold wild mushrooms on toast - plates were cold so that didn't help matters. Burgers also served on cold plates. Hot food should be served on hot plates. Slow service. visited The Builders Arms - Geronimo Inns on 04 Nov 2017

Very disappointing lunch, the roast beef was over cooked, it was not served with cauliflower cheese as the menu said and there was no horseradish to go with the beef. I will not be going back. visited The Builders Arms - Geronimo Inns on 29 Oct 2017

The one star is for the actual room and the delicious Pouilly-Fuisse . My wife and daughter were still waiting for their bloody Mary's when I turned up , eventually managed to get served , sat down ,nice table became very obvious that chaos abounded . To start with we had to have the red wine stained glasses changed We ordered the sharing Billingsgate platter and our mains . I ordered steak and was told the chef liked to cook as medium , I said I liked it as blue as possible . The waitress forgot to order the starter which she then offered to bring it after our main courses , an opportunity I did not take up, she then offered free puddings , but having ordered them , they were on the bill. My steak re topside was massacred to the point that I now thought I was on some sort of game show. My sons horseradish took twenty minutes to arrive by which time he had finished his beef. I have never sent a negative review before preferring to not return , but owning a business I felt duty bound to tell you. A great shame as my son is now working in Sydney street and we were looking for a good base Martin Humphreys visited The Builders Arms - Geronimo Inns on 29 Oct 2017

Very disappointed! Have been twice before & was good so recommended for lunch with friends but was a let down. Very expensive. Moules & frites ... frites served in a ramekin meant a very measley portion. The service was very slow. Shan’t be going ba k visited The Builders Arms - Geronimo Inns on 28 Oct 2017

A slighty different british pub experience: classic chic, but still cozy and the right level of chelsea poshness :) Delicious food with a great mix of contemporary and traditional pub food with a modern, mediterranean interpretation. Johanna visited The Builders Arms - Geronimo Inns on 01 Mar 2017

Lovely little pub. Pop in for lunch quite often or for a glass of wine and a catch up. It's cosy, the food is always delicious, and the Rogers and Rufus Rose is my favourite wine!

Really cool pub, I would definitely recommend. A good place to stop by for an ale and some lunch to take the edge off Kings Road!
