Today, the pub retains a generous dose of grandeur, with its traditional wood panelling, soaring ceilings, open fire, tropical foliage and hand-painted mirrors. 

On the menu, you’ll find a great choice of classic British dishes and sociable sharers, while the well-stocked bar offers an impressive range of premium drinks, including cask ales, wines and artisan spirits. 

There’s also a bookable space for meetings, celebrations and gatherings.

The Gin Lounge at Island Queen is situated near Angel Station. Perfect for engagements, birthdays, or work events, it offers a private drinks fridge and budget-friendly buffets or small plates.

Our Gin Lounge is located upstairs in the Island Queen. It is the ideal space for engagement parties, birthdays, work parties and other special occasions. There is a fridge for your pre-ordered drinks, and we can keep this stocked for you throughout any event. You can also purchase a Beer Keg for our self service bar.

Also an attractive and flexible space to accommodate meetings, interviews and team building sessions.
Our room has natural daylight and moveable furniture to suit your layout needs.

Day Rate Room Hire – Available upon request.

Complimentary O2 Wi-Fi, 50’’ LCD TV Screen with HDMI cables and flip chart with paper and a well-stocked stationary box.
