Nestled in the heart of Hackney and Inspired by the Aperitivo cultures of Italy and Spain, Deep Cuts boasts a carefully curated wine list, vermouth, cocktails and a small plates menu.

'Deep Cuts', or the music from an artist's catalogue that isn't as well known as the rest of their work, is the inspiration that has informed the wine list at Deep cuts. Grape varieties from regions you wouldn't expect or aren't familiar with, made in interesting ways by incredible people, is what the bar is all about.

With bold, Bauhaus inspired decor, cosy mood lighting and Scandi-style retro furniture, a visit to Deep Cuts is a massage for the soul.

The food menu consists of tapas items perfect for that aperitivo hour between lunch and dinner, Chorizo al Vino, Salted Cod Croquettes and Yakitori skewers on an authentic Japanese charcoal grill.
