A 40 cover restaurant with dishes from both North and South Italy to its name, C'Alice is not only conjuring an impressive wine list with global names to their back-bar, the food and kitchen (run by chef Carla Murgioni) churns out dishes the likes of pan fried scallops in grapefruit, risotto de giorno and poppy seed roasted salmon with a beetroot puree.
