Located in Fitzrovia, Bubbledogs was opened by husband and wife team James Knappett and Sandia Chang (both previously at Noma and Per Se).
Unlike most Champagne bars, at Bubbledogs you can explore exclusive grower Champagnes sourced directly from the producers and sink your teeth into a selection of America-style hot dogs with globally inspired toppings.
Presenting a laid-back ambience, rustic reclaimed wood and exposed brickwork, the venue is ideal for relaxed and casual entertaining.

Bubbledogs offers a menu of hot dogs served on traditional steamed buns, including classics such as, the BLT (bacon, lettuce & truffle mayo), Sloppy Joe (chilli & cheese), Mac Daddy (macaroni cheese & bacon bits), Breakie (fried egg & black pudding), New Yorker (sauerkraut & onions), and the Horny Dog (corn dog).
