Boopshi's

Description

Serving the failsafe combination of schnitzel and spritzers alongside other dishes and cocktails marked with the stamp of Austrian authenticity, Boopshi's brings a truly innovative concept to the streets of Fitzrovia.

As far as the drinks are concerned, a popular choice with Boopshi's clientele is Sachertorte sour, a variant on the traditional whiskey sour and the house martini, which replaces vermouth with Kümmel. This exciting Fitzrovia bar also serves an exclusive Austrian-inspired brew on draught, a result of the pairing of the founding brothers Ed and Ben Robson with their old friends over at Camden Town Brewery - Prosecco is also served on tap and their mixologists provide a bespoke cocktail service.

Ed and Ben Robson like to think of their Fitzrovia bar and restaurant as a "schnitzel shaped love letter to Austria by way of London". This is a great place to grab a bite to eat with friends, catch up over a cocktail or even as something a little different on that extra special date night.
