Tucked beneath the buzz of Fitzrovia, Bar Kinky is the sultry, high-energy basement bar at Georgian-inspired restaurant Kinkally. This stainless-steel stunner dials up late-night glamour with glowing red-orange lighting, techno-led soundtracks and a chef’s-table-style bar that puts the action front and centre. It’s intimate, seductive and a little bit mysterious - exactly the kind of place you slip into for post-dinner drinks that turn into closing time cocktails without you quite noticing.

The drinks menu is where Bar Kinky really flexes. Led by head bartender Andrew Pruts, formerly of world-class cocktail teams, the list leans adventurous and playful, weaving together unexpected flavours like beetroot, mushroom, brine, walnut and even blue cheese. Expect bold serves, clever techniques and a “trust-the-bartender” energy that rewards the curious. Bar Kinky sits as part of the wider Kinkally project, founded by Diana Militski (with Alexander Militski), which has already landed a spot in the Michelin Guide for the restaurant upstairs. The venue’s striking interiors have also picked up recognition at the London Design Awards, cementing Bar Kinky as more than just an add-on bar.
