A word from the chef:
Our food is centred on natural fuel with an authentic pizza oven imported from Modena, Italy, delivering coal-fired pizza. Everything on the menu is made in house every day from our 48 hour fermented pizza dough to our homemade pasta. We use the best ingredients we can and cook from scratch.
