Warm cinnamon roll wrapped in smoked bacon, drizzled with a bacon fat infused bourbon sugar syrup

Andy Bates (aka Pie Man) is known for hearty street food inspired by his travels. Modern twists on classic dishes are fuelled by his passion for re-discovering and making great British food.
Andy founded ‘Eat my Pies’ which specialises in classic British tarts, pies and Scotch eggs. He lives by the quote “You should always finish on a little bit of pudding”, and has also written a cookbook offering modern twists on classic dishes.
Last but not least, Andy is also a contributing chef for Food Network UK where his television series ‘Street Feasts’ is among the highest-rated on the channel.
