Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto takes you on a journey from North to South Italy : encapsulating the ingredients, art & creativity of this wonderful country in liquid form, reinterpreting the almost forgotten category of Rosolio, known under the king of Savoia through the 18th century as 'Aperitivo di Corte'.
