Rotorino - London Restaurant Review

Rotorino - London Restaurant Review

After living in southern Italy for eight months, I learnt several things, mainly that Italians love their food, second only to their mothers. Mealtimes were sacrosanct and eating was a quasi-religious experience. Putting pineapple on your pizza - a...

Tasty wine and food, but the portions were tiny, the service not that friendly and it all felt rather overpriced for what it was and where it was. I don't think I will be coming back, Visited Rotorino on 2018-05-18

Delicious ingredients, good flavour composition. A lot of dishes had lots of heat to them which makes me think that culinary execution is not quite pristine. Service was 5/5. Good for a casual mid-week date or pre-night out. Would definitely go back. Visited Rotorino on 2018-03-08

Really lovely place for casual dinner and drinks. We sampled lots of cocktails and fell in love with "The Way Home". I had the Courgette flower and the Sucking Pig, both of which were beautiful. Staff were super lovely & helpful too, will definitely be back!

Rotorino is a little hidden gem right in the middle of Dalston and Shoreditch on Kingsland Road. We stopped in and had with some really refreshing cocktails (the Cynar + Tonic was my fave) we then stayed on for some dinner which was simple yet really delicious Italian food. Although it was quiet when we first arrived at 6.30, it's one of those places that suddenly feels like you're awat on holiday when Italians roll in at their traditional late supper time and pack out the place creating a buzzy Euro atmosphere. I would highly recommend Sasso Chicken, the sauce is to die for!

Went to Rotorino on a Tuesday evening and there was still a buzzy and lively vibe. All the food was really delicious, I really like the chicken and there's a good wine list too.

Looking forward to this place opening up. I think it will be a nice addition to the Dalston scene. Already a big fan of the area. Italian food is always popular
