Description
Hacha (pronounces acha) is an agaveria in Dalston specialising in tequila, mezcal and other agave-based spirits. The bar also creates signature cocktails such as the mirror margarita and reworked classics including a tequila sunrise with clarified orange juice, hibiscus and pomegranate shrub.
In addition to this, Hacha serves Mexican-inspired small plates such as ceviche and cocktail-infused sorbet.
