Located in the heart of Mayfair, COYA offers an array of Peruvian delights and an extensive pisco library, with a wide selection of flavours, all infused in house. 
Since its inception in 2012, COYA is constantly expanding with two locations in London - Mayfair and Angel Court- as well as global outlets in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Monte-Carlo. At COYA, music and art are celebrated through the COYA collective, Latin American music and art are recognised through live music, events and exhibitions which are hosted regularly.
In terms of the delicious food, renowned chef Sanjay Dwivedi has been the man behind COYA, where traditional elements of Peruvian cooking are blended with influences from Chinese and Japanese cuisines creating the flavoursome dishes enjoyed today.

COYA Mayfair - London Brunch Review

While brunch may be the best meal time invention since the toastie maker, sometimes it can all get a bit samey. I love avocado as much as the next guy, but there’s only so much I can buy it smashed on a single piece of toast with a bit of salmon before becoming the most insufferable millennialin…
