Description
Named after Cato Alexander, the world’s first celebrated bartender. Set across three distinct spaces, the venue moves from the House of Julep - a New York–style tavern celebrating the iconic Mint Julep, crafted with mint and herbs grown in-house - to the basement bar, cato, where colour has flavour: seven colours, fourteen cocktails, and a menu built entirely on British terroir, exploring global flavours through a distinctly local lens using modern techniques and familiar ingredients. Within Cato sits The Study, an intimate wrap-around bar and creative laboratory where ten guests sit at the centre of the action, watching experimentation unfold and cocktail culture come to life in real time.

House of Julep is primarily walk-ins only, with bookings available
on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.
Cato basement is open from 6 pm on Thursdays, Fridays and
Saturdays.

Wednesday – Saturday: 3 pm – 1 am (House of Julep) & Tayer + Elementary (Basement) - walk-in only
