The Botanist, Broadgate Circle

Soda Room is adorned with interesting artwork, dark gold and copper decorated walls and orange and turquoise banquettes. The raised VIP area features bronzed antique mirrors and displays of exotic taxidermy to surprise and intrigue as you venture underground. It has flexible lounge seating which can be fully cleared to create a large dance floor/networking space, perfect for all occasions up to 150 guests.

We host a range of events in this space from team building and corporate meetings, to birthdays and engagement parties, this space really does have everything you need for a perfect event.

Monday - Sunday daytime (11am - 5pm), and Monday - Wednesday evening (6pm - late) book Soda Room with no minimum spend, just minimum numbers, please enquire with our events team for details. 

Thursday to Saturday evening we run our Speakeasy event in Soda Room, so if you want to book the space privately a minimum spend does apply. Thursday + Friday is just £1,000 (inc VAT), Saturday is £2,000 (inc VAT). Minimum spends are met with all food, drinks and optional service charge. Late license fees may apply, please ask our team for details.

Within the room we have a private bar and you have full use of a high quality, fully equipped PA system, projector and 80inch screen, optional party lights and private cloakroom while on site there is also a great photo booth for your guests to enjoy (additional costs apply to use).

Copper bar is on entrance level to the venue and is perfect for up to 80 guests. This area gives an informal, social and vibrant feel to your event what with it being behind the main bar rather than a closed off room.

Copper is situated on a raised platform, has its very own private bar and for exclusive use gets roped and posted off from the rest of the venue. There's no through with no through traffic and you have your own dedicated staff looking after your needs on the night with still getting to enjoy the great atmosphere from the rest of the venue.
