General Terms
1. Assumption of Risk
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. The ticket holder agrees that The Dickens Inn, the event organisers, participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd), and their respective employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for any claims arising from such risks.
2. Admission & Venue Rules
Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches where necessary.
3. Ticket Accuracy
Please check your tickets carefully upon receipt, as errors cannot always be corrected.
4. Event Changes & Cancellations
Events may be cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to check for updates regarding event date and time.
5. Late Arrival
Late entry may be permitted at a suitable break, but cannot be guaranteed.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase, except where required by law.
7. Programme Changes
The venue or promoter reserves the right to alter or vary the programme without notice and without obligation to refund.
8. Resale of Tickets
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without authorisation. Unauthorised resale may result in void tickets and refused entry.
9. Smoking Policy
The venue may operate a no-smoking policy in accordance with applicable laws.
10. Personal Property
The Dickens Inn, the promoter, and associated parties accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
11. Age Restrictions
This event is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Valid identification may be required upon entry.
