Run by the same masterminds behind the Earls Court-based detective agency, the Evans & Peel Pharmacy is a new 1920s-themed speakeasy based in Chiswick. Recreating a similar experience as the group's first project, the team force guests to interact with the famous pharmacist before gaining access to the secret bar inside. 

It all being with an innocent knock on the door. The pharmacist answers and leads all guests into his 1920s pharmacy. Decorated with antique surgical equipment, vintage memorabilia and colourful 'medicines' stored in beakers, guests have to give a secret password in order to gain access to the hidden bar. One simple pull on Remington's: The Science and Practice of Pharmacy on the bookshelf and you're in. 

The speakeasy bar continues the 1920s pharmacy theme and is lined with vintage medicine cabinets. The bar serves a varied of great-tasting drinks, including its own take on a delicious Old Fashioned, a variety of Japanese whiskies and a few intriguing concoctions that match the venue's medical theme. To help keep things above the waterline, guests can enjoy a selection of classic American bar snacks alongside their drinks, including grilled cheese sandwiches served in a vintage cigar box.
