The 7th venture from the renowned Inception Group is right up there with its quirkiest. Beaver Lodge is a cowboy saloon stroke mountain-side cabin all at once, offering Chelsea's party crowd a taste of Wyoming without stepping foot outside of the Fulham Road.

Step inside and embrace an interior stocked with grizzly bears, moose heads and beavers at every turn. The authentic feel of Wyoming is strong, which is probably linked to the burning stove, cowboy memorabilia and antler hanging lamps. 

Allow yourself a chance to acclimatise, then head to the Bulleit Bourbon bar, where a Samuel Adams beer or a signature Grinning Beaver cocktail would be a great place to start. Each comes served by cheerful Daisy Dukes and Huckleberrys in lumberjack attire, and they'll be breaking out into choreographed line dancing as the night proceeds.

Come early for a dose of Americana and rock n roll tunes, or stop by later when top DJs drop a mix of both modern and old school toe-tappers 'til late.
