Service was absolutely terrible,. Will not be returning, shame as it’s a great idea and the prosecco was divine. Visited Prosecco House on 2018-05-09

Great Venue and concept, alittle smaller than portrayed in pictures which was disappointing but as it was quiet it was nice and chilled lounge vibe. The waiter was knowledgeable and able to offer suggestions after asking what we prefer. It was a lovely experience overall. Visited Prosecco House on 2018-04-01

Tables & chairs so close to other tables that it was difficult to get in and out. The toilet is unisex and right in the bar area so that’s not very pleasant!! Visited Prosecco House on 2018-03-31

Amazing experience, venue and location fantastic. Attentive staff, fabulous cocktails recommend scintilla (I think) with either vodka or gin. Great ambiance. The whole evening just made my birthday celebrations even better.. Will definitely return.. Visited Prosecco House on 2018-03-31

Booked an area for 10 people on Friday for a long overdue girls night out and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place is buzzing and the service was fab. We had a lovely guy look after us who was awesome. He knew exactly when to come check on us and he even helped us turn the light that was glaring in our eyes. The prosecco was very easy drinking and the blush we had was the beat I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back.. only negative thing was the one toilet ! Apart from that, great place to start the night off. Massive thanks to our server Visited Prosecco House on 2018-03-23

Friendly and attentive bar staff who were on hand with lots of lovely prosecco for my group. The seating area was chic and the vibe was perfect. Thanks for getting my phone back to me as I left it in the toilet! Visited Prosecco House on 2018-03-16

We had a reserved a table which was good as the place was busy on Tuesday night. Nice welcome and staff remained attentive throughout. Good selection of Prosecco varying in price, although our choice was the most I've ever paid for a bottle! Very nice though and will be returning Visited Prosecco House on 2018-02-20

Very good service and quality of the drinks. I lost my receipt so i can’t remember the name of the server, but she did a perfect job considering she was also alone. I have worked in hospitality for more than 10 years, so I understand good service. I understand the challenges of a new opening, but you are on the right track for success Visited Prosecco House on 2018-02-16

Overall, none of us would come back. The staff seemed disorganised / didn't know what they were doing. It wasn't clear whether there was table service or we should order at the bar. Initially our order was taken from our table which was fine, but no one came to ask whether we wanted to order more once our glasses were finished. One of the ladies in our group stood at the counter for 5 minutes and was completely ignored. So she sat back down and we tried again to get a waiter's attention. The place was not busy so this just makes it worse. Also one of the waitresses spilt one of the cocktails on us while placing it on the table. She didn't know what to do and we had to ask her to bring a new one as a quarter of the drink had ended up on our laps! It came across as though the staff were rather inexperienced. On a positive note, the prosecco cocktails were all delicious. Visited Prosecco House on 2018-02-16

Absolutely rude service Would never recommend or return After reserving a space was told I must just stand at the bar. Then was ignored as trying to order drinks. Then was later asked to stand closer to each other so someone else could rand at the the bar Terrible experience Visited Prosecco House on 2018-02-16

Such a shame - so much potential to be original and fun but was more like a Airport lounge with no insight to all the types of Prosecco on offer. Glad we tried but won’t be back. Visited Prosecco House on 2018-02-16

We enjoyed our first visit, the prosecco menu is interesting and full of good options reasonably priced. However, we were disappointed by the lack of service and professionalism from the staff. We asked questions and recommendations and were barely given any, staff seemed to have a lack of knowledge on the proseccos served. Also, I was served the wrong prosecco when ordering a second glass. Will we go back? ... maybe. Visited Prosecco House on 2018-02-14

Prosecco House was fantastic! The selection was a bit over whelming but our servers had excellent recommendations. The small bites were delightfully delicious. The atmosphere wasn't too loud although it was quite busy. It was the perfect space for a date or a night out with friends. I will definitely be returning!! Visited Prosecco House on 2018-02-13

Such a lovely little bar! Visited during the first week of opening and the bars 'soft launch' - 30% off every price on the menu which was a bit of a touch! Menu was an endless list of prosecco's - who knew that there were so many?! After having 4 of them, my absolute favourite was 'Millesimato Dry Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG' and it was AMAZING! Can imagine this bar to be very buzzy of an evening for work drinks etc! Worth a visit if you're in the area! Visited Prosecco House on 2018-02-11
