1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

    Venue was beautiful, food average and there were only 3 cocktails available that were pre mixed and then shook up by the barmen that you had to go to the bar, order and collect yourself. For the 1st hour you need to buy cocktails which aren’t cheap. The queens were great but definitely seen better shows for cheaper. Totally overpriced for what you get.

Firstly, we’re so pleased to hear you enjoyed the queens and the venue itself, as creating a fun, high-energy atmosphere in a beautiful space is a huge part of what we aim to deliver. That said, I’m genuinely sorry to hear parts of your experience didn’t meet expectations :( Just to clarify a couple of points for transparency: our event is a 4-hour experience, with the bottomless drinks element running for 90 minutes within that time. This is clearly outlined on our ticketing and event pages, so I’m sorry if there was any confusion on the day regarding when drinks were included. Our bottomless package includes a selection of made to order cocktails alongside Prosecco. The cocktail menu is intentionally curated to three options which rotate regularly. While certain elements of the cocktails are indeed pre-prepared (for example, the coffee vodka base for espresso martinis or infused spirits & base mixes for other serves), the cocktails themselves are not pre-batched in full and are made to order at the bar. This allows us to balance quality with speed of service during busy bottomless times. During peak bottomless service, guests are asked to order directly from the bar to ensure efficient service for everyone. I’m also really sorry to hear the food felt average on your visit. I will feed this back to the venue and work closely with the kitchen on this and take feedback like this seriously, as it’s something we’re continuously reviewing and improving. In terms of value, we aim to deliver a full experience, including a 4-hour event, live performances, audience interaction, DJs, and a premium central London venue, but I completely understand that expectations can vary.     I attended this event with friends and unfortunately it fell well below expectations. One of the three advertised cocktails was unavailable, and despite pre-ordering our food, we were told at the table that it had run out and were given the wrong dishes instead. After arriving at 2pm, our food didn’t arrive until around 5pm—and when it did, it was cold, with nearby tables experiencing the same issue. The entertainment was also disappointing; each drag performer only did one performance, after which the focus shifted to guests instead. With the bottomless drinks limited to a short window (3pm–4:30pm), we ended up paying for additional drinks while still waiting on food and ultimately missed dessert altogether. Overall, the experience felt poorly organised and not good value for money.
