If you are in search of a superb dining experience, look no further than One Canada Square's Herdwick lamb ‘nose to tail’ and Syrah fine wine dinner.
On Tuesday 24th February, guests are invited to sample a five course menu of delectable lamb dishes, incorporating all cuts of this most palatable of meats.
Each course has been expertly paired with fine wines that perfectly complement the succulent flavours. The evening will be hosted by Dan Austin from The Lake District Farmers, who will guide you through the perfect food and wine pairings.
The dinner begins at 7.30pm (sharp) and costs just £65 per person for five courses with matching wines.
