For the second event of Rib Festival The Blues Kitchen is bringing in The Rib Man! He has perfected his trade since the age of 15 and prides himself on using only top quality meats served along with his top secret recipe of delicious sauce. Spend a great night savouring some top quality ribs, in a fantastic venue, while enjoying live music.
A stack of pork ribs will be priced at £13.90 and beef ribs at £16.50, southern sides from The Blues Kitchen team are available such as crunchy slaw, sweet potato fries, mac 'n' cheese etc. Also on offer is Big Wave, a light ale specifically chosen to compliment your choice of ribs!
