Prairie Fire BBQ is the first event of The Blues Kitchen's Rib Festival in celebration of all American cuisine. Prairie Fire BBQ was created by a true Kansas citizen who moved to London and just missed the delicious barbecue delights of his home town too much! This is your chance to taste real American ribs along with freshly handmade Prairie Fire BBQ original sauce - a family recipe dubbed 'Kansas City in a bottle'! Enjoy all this to some great live music starting from 9.45pm.
A stack of pork ribs are priced at £13.90 and beef ribs at £16.50, southern sides from The Blues Kitchen team are available such as crunchy slaw, sweet potato fries, mac 'n' cheese etc. Also on offer is Big Wave, a light ale specifically chosen to compliment your choice of ribs!
