The third night of Blues Kitchen's Rib Festival sees Grillstock take over the kitchen! Started in Bristol, Gavin McOwan and his friends smoke their meat over hickory wood, giving their ribs that lovely smokey taste! They also use their own recipes of seasoning and sauces to create a unique flavour.
A stack of pork ribs will be priced at £13.90 and beef ribs at £16.50, southern sides from The Blues Kitchen team are available such as crunchy slaw, sweet potato fries, mac 'n' cheese etc. Also on offer is Big Wave, a light ale specifically chosen to compliment your choice of ribs!
