Cake Bar Summer Social | Unlimited Mini Cakes & DJ

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.

3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, organiser or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information regarding refunds. If the event is rescheduled, the organiser may set refund limitations. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to check the date and time of any rearranged event.

5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches to ensure the safety of all guests.

6. Every effort will be made to admit latecomers; however, admission cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

8. The organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the programme due to circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

9. Tickets must not be resold for profit or commercial gain. Any ticket resold in breach of these terms may be cancelled and the holder refused entry.

10. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas, in accordance with the venue's policy.

11. The organiser, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.

12. This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Valid photo identification may be required upon entry.

13. Your ticket includes entry to the JustAfters Cake Bar Summer Social and access to the unlimited mini cake experience during the event.

14. Food and drinks from the venue are available to purchase separately and are not included in the ticket price unless otherwise stated.

15. Guests with food allergies or dietary requirements must inform a member of the JustAfters team before consuming any food. Whilst every effort is made to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, all products are prepared in an environment that handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy, peanuts and tree nuts.

16. Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please notify the organiser before the event with the new attendee's details where possible.

17. Photography and videography will take place throughout the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed unless you notify the organiser in advance.

18. The organiser reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive or disruptive to the enjoyment of others.
