Seared scallops, veal consommé, smoked streaky bacon, peas, mint and broad beans
Truffle and wild mushrooms pearl barley risotto with fresh herbs, micro cress and shaved parmesan
Foie Gras on toast, with glazed fig
Roast squab breast with golden beet root, croutons and black pudding

Roasted sirloin steak with Chateau potatoes, steamed kale and veal jus
Lamb Gigot with creamed potatoes, baby carrots, sautéed spinach and mint sauce
Poached salmon with Mousseline Sauce, dill, sweet and sour cucumbers and steamed Basmati rice
