Liu Shi is an Asian inspired restaurant at 60 Hope Street, Liverpool.

Set a few steps away from the famous 'A Case History' suitcases sculpture by John King (1998) between Liverpool’s iconic Anglican and Catholic cathedrals in the bustling Georgian quarter, the Asian-inspired menu will impress diners wanting great food and great service. It's also a short distance from the Liverpool Philharmonic Concert Hall, Everyman and Hope Street Theatres, so ideal for theatre-goers.

There’s something for everyone on the menu, from salmon and coconut curry to Chinese sticky ribs, steak and chips to Mandarin duck breast. Bao buns, squid and gyozas will hit the spot for lighter bites. And if you are vegan or have allergen or other dietary requirements, the menus are designed for you too.

Set over three floors, the stylish restaurant seats up to 120 guests at basement and ground level (the basement level is more of a bar diner, known as The Fuzzy Duck, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere and fabulous cocktails), and the top floor coming soon for dining for up to 60 guests (and is perfect for weddings, parties, functions, business and special occasions).

You’ll find a great choice of dishes on every menu: Dinner, pre-theatre (3 courses for £28, available until 5.30pm daily), bottomless brunch (available Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 3.30pm), and Sunday roast. Their Wine Wednesday offer is brilliant for catching up with friends - order any bottle of wine, Prosecco or Champagne on a Wednesday and receive a free main course (This offer is for advance bookings only, T&Cs apply - see website).
