Plant-based burgers are coming to Liverpool.

Calling all vegans: YouTube star Monami Frost is set to open Frost Burgers, where there will be no meat on the menu. The 24 year old entrepreneur owns Frost Streetwear and has written a cookbook, and now she is turning her hand to restaurants. The Latvian model has been working on the project for the past year and soon you will be able to get a taste.

Opening in the city centre, Frost Burgers will be entirely plant-based and run by the tattooed model. Relying entirely on the help of friends, family and her husband Anrijs Straume, Frost is opening the restaurant without any backing by investors.
