Red Dog Saloon Liverpool

Red Dog Saloon's sixth outpost is found at Bold Street, Liverpool. Like its London cousins, the inside of the two floor restaurant resembles an old American smokehouse, complete with wood panelling, taxidermy, and old-fashioned framed photos. 

The saloon has an award-winning smoker imported from Oklahoma, where the meat sits for up to three days before serving. They also use traditional American woods to give a full smoky flavour. Feast on good old-fashioned barbecue and home cooking like huge pulled pork sandwiches, St Louis cut ribs, monster beef short ribs, wings and fully loaded burgers and sandwiches. Wash it all down with a huge collection of craft beers, tequilas, mescals and bourbons. 

Every Saturday they host Nashville Nights with live country bands from 9pm.
