Using an impressive arsenal of ingredients, the team of chefs have perfected the art of balancing copious amounts of food in between two toasted slices of brioche bun. 

The venue itself is as light-hearted and easy-going as the menu of hearty comfort food treats. The exposed brick walls and rough, unfinished wooden tables give the venue a distinctive rustic feel, while the metallic, spirit-heavy bar adds a calming sense of weightless serenity to the restaurant.
