Get ready for an exciting new dining concept on Allerton Road as The Dark Kitchen & Bar promises rotating menus on cool, 3-month residencies.

Kicking things off with Sushi x Bae, diners can expect 'Hello Sushi', a reimagining of iconic Japanese dishes, alongside vegan favourites, the 'Bae' burgers. 

While ‘Hello Sushi’ promises a full sushi menu alongside poke bowls and all things crayfish and lobster (you have to try the watermelon sashimi, along with fresh rice, made every two hours for premium sushi options), the 'Bae Burgers' are bringing no-compromise flavours to vegan patties, and have been on a beloved takeaway menu since 2020. 

Highlighting a commitment to fresh, sustainable produce, The Dark Kitchen & Bar's menu comes in partnership with Greens for Good, a Baltic Triangle business known for using hydroponic technology to grow their gorgeous greens and herbs.

Sitting alongside the Sushi x Bae food menu is a drinks menu dedicated to the Japanese/vegan burger spin. Cocktails will compliment the flavours of the dishes (expect gorgeous, light summer notes), and have been put together in collaboration with 'Zest', an independent Liverpool company known for their homemade limoncello.
