Description
Buyers Club is one of Liverpool’s favourite neighbourhood hangouts, tucked between the Georgian Quarter and the Knowledge Quarter, and known for blending relaxed bar culture with seriously good food. Since opening in the old Flying Picket building, it has become a go‑to spot for fresh handmade pasta, thin‑crust pizzas and an effortlessly cool atmosphere. Head chef Michael Harrison leads the kitchen, crafting an ever‑changing menu built around house‑made pappardelle, tagliolini and hand‑stretched dough, with dishes ranging from rich ox cheek ragù to prawns with chilli and garlic.
