Designed to be a cool hangout spot by day, and quirky cocktail bar by night, the blushed pink furnishings, exposed brickwork and commissioned artwork give East River a sense of urban chic, harking to its NYC roots.

The bar menu features creative concoctions such as the Dude's Breakfast (get it, The Big Lebowski?) which is made using Coco Pops breakfast cream, served alongside twists on classics such as the King Louis, East River's reinvented Old Fashioned. If you're seeking a brunch cocktail, there's also plenty of those, with Aperol spritz, espresso martinis and pina coladas all available.

Food-wise, bagels take centre stage with a selection of different fillings and spreads to enjoy, from home-made salt beef with mustard to vegan salsa verde and avocado. You can also tuck into a bottomless brunch on weekends between 12pm - 8pm, with space for DJs and private events on the upper level.
