Pair the theatre with an all-day dining menu featuring elevated classics inspired by flavours from around the world, alongside a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options. From breakfast through to dinner, there's something for every occasion.
Joining us at the weekend? Experience our reinvented Alchemist Bottomless Brunch. Choose First Light for £35 until 12:45pm, or Until Dusk for £39.50. Add bottomless drinks for just £10 extra. Our Until Dusk package also includes our newest cocktail creations, including the Twister, Frozen Cherry Vanilla Margarita, and the return of the much-loved Flower Power.
Looking to keep the evening going? Book an After Dark drinks table from 10pm, Thursday to Saturday, and pre-order your drinks package before you arrive for a seamless start to your night.

Discover our cocktail bar and restaurant in Liverpool! Back in 1907 Walter Dixon Scott wrote of Liverpool, “this strange territory seems, indeed, to form a kind of fifth element, a place charged with daemonic issues and daemonic silences”. A fitting location, therefore, for an Alchemist. We’ve set up shop in a beautiful grade II listed building on Brunswick Street in the heart of the financial district. Exposed ancient brickwork, reinstated wonderful wooden floors and a touch of our own alchemy with a stunning commissioned mural. |
