They serve Europe’s best pints, have a cook haus delving out the finest food inspired by the Alps, and host a variety of showtime splendour throughout das week.
Matching the performance lineup are the Alpine menus here. Tuck into breakfast plates of potato rosti, sausage, eggs, bacon, black pudding, portobello mushroom and tomato, with the likes of fondue, schnitzel, Schweinshaxe or Oktoberfest paprika- roasted half roasted chicken at dinner too. And on the drinks front? Beer spans Pilsner Urquell, Paulaner Munich and Mersey Pale Ale, while cocktails include everything from the Cherry + Yuzu Spritz to a Cocunut & Raspberry Martini.

St Patricks Day 2nd March to 29th March
Not only are we celebrating St Patricks Day on 17th March but we have an entire month of celebrations so raise a glass to the patron saint of revelry. We’re bringing a touch of Irish magic to all our palaces, from London to Manchester, Birmingham, and Liverpool. Prepare for a month-long celebration of Celtic charm, Alpine hospitality, and plenty of craic across das Schloss.
From bold Irish whiskey to the perfect pour of Guinness, we’re turning up the energy for a festival that would make Saint Patrick himself join us on das benches.
