By booking and or purchasing tickets to our events you are accepting the following terms and conditions which will apply on all dates.

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, ticketing platform and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
If an event is rescheduled due to an 'Act of God' and/or Covid restrictions put in place by the local or national government, The Brunch Club obtains the right to offer a rescheduled date. If you decline this, The Brunch Club will offer you company credit to the value of the original purchase. Strictly no refunds.
Food orders must be correctly submitted on checkout. Your food orders cannot be changed at a later date and your order submission is final. Due to the volume of food orders we can't adapt, amend or change any meal dishes in advance or on the day. If you have an allergy, please select this option on checkout and email your allergy to us at: allergies@thebrunchclub.co.uk - one of our team will then respond accordingly/ make a note of it for the relevant venue you're attending.
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
If you are asked to self isolate or test positive for Covid, you may be entitled to a credit for each member asked to isolate on your table. To redeem credit you must email us a minimum of 72 hours prior to an event and be able to provide a positive test or proof that you have been asked to isolate for each individual member on your table that requires a credit.
Some of our venues are outdoors. Please be aware and check this when booking as your table will be non refundable and cannot be cancelled due to weather. If the weather will effect the overall performance of the Brunch then the event will be rescheduled. You will be able to use your tickets for the new events or receive a credit to use against any future brunches.
If you're offered a credit for a rescheduled show, you have 14 days to claim this otherwise you forfeit this option and your original tickets will then remain valid for the new date.
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter & both retain the right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
Ticket prices may vary depending on the event - we may introduce discounts or promotions at any stage of the event. This will not affect your statutory rights and you will not be entitled to any backdated partial refunds if you have purchased your tickets before any special offers were introduced.
If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, ticketing platform or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
We operate a zero drug tolerance policy, if you are seen with drugs in the queue, within the venue or show any signs of drug abuse, you will be refused entry and / or asked to leave the premise without a refund for the event.
The promoter, venue management and ticketing platform accept no responsibility for any personal property.
The majority of our events are restricted 18+, please check the event listing for conformation of this and provide valid identification upon entry.
We reserve the right to remove any guests from the queue or the venue that are not able to produce a valid ID on the day. Those found in breach of this are not entitled to a refund.
Photography and videography will be taken at the event and may be posted on our online platforms. If you would like any image of yourself removed please email us at info@thebrunchclub.co.uk
The Brunch Club operates a zero tolerance policy for any forms of verbal or physical abuse and/or discrimination throughout the event or towards any promoters, venue staff or other guests. The Promoter and the Venue reserve the right to eject any person in contention of this clause without any compensation.
Tickets are purchased per table not individually.

    This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The cocktails were not the ones advertised. The pizza came out one at a time to tables, we got 1 which wasn’t the flavour we wanted. Another table told us they got two meat feasts even though they were vegetarian. The manager was not interested and said more pizza was coming but it didn’t turn up so we left

    I am disgusted at the experience myself and my friends had today at ballin at the Disney brunch. We booked as a birthday party for my friend and paying £40 each (plus the price of their ticket) we chose this basing on the Disney, food and of course bottomless drinks On entering at 12, (brunch and unlimited started then) we waited for a long time (20 mins) for the bottomless to begin and when it did we were greeted with the cheapest alcohol, the Prosecco was grim, the cocktails tasted of pure juice and we were struggling to drink. I’ve tasted better alcohol in Magaluf on a girls holiday. Upon booking this brunch (19th Jan) we all got to choose our pizza to eat at the brunch and chose our options x 5 this included 3x vegetarian 1 x GF and a bbq meat pizza. With this in mind we assumed as we all chose our pizzas we would all have our own pizzas (with the £40 price tag you would assume you’d have your own meal). The brunch started at 12 the first pizza came at 12.40 this being the gluten free pizza. My friend thought ours would be coming soon and waited for ours to start eating hers. At 1.15 the second pizza came (meat bbq pizza) and then when it came to asking where the rest were at 1.30 we were told they would be coming soon. By the time it got to 2pm we still had no more pizzas and the other 2 pizzas had gone cold. When complaining again we were met by a very defensive server from ballin who took no blame and said the pizza is bottomless we haven’t topped you up as you haven’t eaten any pizza. We explained that we were still waiting on 3 vegetarian pizzas (tomato cheese and basil ) and his answer was you do not get to choose they just put pizzas out. We showed him on our booking and explained 3 of them were veggie and we could not eat those pizzas and for the price you would expect your own pizza each. We also explained that we were given a choice of pizza each upon booking and he said that that’s the brunch clubs fault not ours it’s not what happens. Not once did he apologise and try to solve the issue or offer fresh pizzas for the girls pizzas who had been sitting there for over an hour. He then told us again that the vegetarian pizzas would be coming now. At 2.30 we still had no food and went to complain again. At this point we were directed to go find Daniela who was the head of the brunch club. After searching for her throughout the premises she hid from until we comfronted her as she was ignoring us when we tried to explain what was happening. She got the booking sheet up who I showed our order and blamed the club (ballin) as she “wasn’t in the kitchen cooking”. At this point the remaining veg pizzas arrived and they were not what we chose from our choices when booking as they had extra toppings. When taking these to the server to complain they explained they are the vegetarians and we showed them the menus that were different. Again not one sorry they just took the pizzas and walked off. The brunch started at 12 and at 2.50 we received our food. Please see photo for time and date of food arriving. The service was shocking the whole way through this brunch no one took accountability and simply blamed each other and equally no one tried to resolve the issue. With the price you pay for the brunch you expect to be fed and after complaining multiple times and being told our food was coming it did not arrive. To add to this the atmosphere was not that great and Disney music was hardly played. You’d hear Disney songs once every 20/30 minutes. The songs were repeated and not worth it at all. Save yourself the money and go else where. We drink the entire time and all came out sober. You are much better off going to the Disney themed brunches in London so much more worth the money and the same price!!! The only saving grace were the two performers who dressed as Disney princesses. Ballin and the brunch club you need to improve communication and have it advertised that you do not get your own pizza each or sort out your customer service that each person gets a pizza and at least the servers know what’s going on. I would never come back. I believe both are at fault. The brunch club should advertise correctly and Ballin should take accountability and at least try to solve the issue instead of standing around when your guests are complaining. 4 separate complaints it took to get our pizzas. And the worst part is that sadly we were not the only table. There were multiple complaints throughout the brunch and multiple guests leaving early. I am requesting a full refund as a result of the experience we received today and look forward to hearing your response. Many thanks Saffron
